I would be so grateful if you could join me in prayer asking God’s favor for the full and legal adoption of my daughter, Rahne. I’ve been her permanent legal guardian since she was just a month old, granted me on February 14th, 2020, Valentine’s Day, so appropriately the day of love because she brings so much love to our lives. She’s my pride and joy, bringing happiness, spunkiness, energy and fullness to our family. The adoption process has been arduous, costly, sometimes overwhelming and parts seem unnecessary - specifically the complexity, redundancy and expense of a home study since she’s been in my home for over 6 years. Her birth mother is compliant and in complete agreement and her alleged biological father has had zero contact with her. I’m praying God’s will for guidance, patience, perseverance, resources, preparedness and competence through this journey and that the process will be quick and painless. Thank you for your prayers with and for us.

Rahne loves Jesus and knows He will help us - she asks often if she’s adopted yet. I always tell her “yes, baby in God’s family and soon in ours.” She has an amazing understanding.
