i recently went through a breakup, he said he needed some time to get closer to God and become the man he wants to be on his own. our long-term relationship was so good but i understand his wishes and there’s nothing want more than for him to feel better and more comfortable in his relationship with God. so i ask that you pray for him, i pray he finds his way in discipleship and that he finds peace in his life with or without me. i also ask that someone could pray for me, this breakup has been so so difficult for both of us and i think i need help finding myself again too as well as God. it’s a great thing that this church is doing this, words can’t even capture how much this means to me and others. thank you.

Surround them with Your presence and keep them safe, strong, and full of joy.

Please pray for my longtime Air Force friend, Rob, who is struggling with severe alcohol abuse. Since his divorce and retirement from the USAF, his drinking has increased significantly.

I ask that Jesus would meet Rob where he is, surround him with His love, and remind him that he is never alone. May our Savior soften his heart and renew his mind, giving him the desire and strength to pursue lasting change.

Please pray for my niece Morgan; she and her husband Jon, had their first baby in January. A beautiful, healthy baby girl! PTL. Morgan however has had and is still having some medical issues, which is also causing some financial issues. She's had three stays in the hospital since the birth and now also has postpartum depression. Please pray for healing. Her FMLA is running out soon and she is considering going on short term disability. My brother and sister-in-law are helping them but they both work full time also. They all live in Wisconsin and would appreciate prayer on their behalf as would I.

Heavenly Father,

Please guard, guide and protect our daughter, Maria, and her two little girls age 3 ½ and 4 months. She knows you LORD, but she is being deceived by her husband. He is a frightening man who is dishonest, controlling and harmful in ways she cannot see. Her husband is the primary caregiver for their two little girls which puts them at risk in many ways.

Lord, help Maria to turn to the LIGHT and LIFE of you LORD. Help her to see and seek TRUTH.

LORD, I pray for her husband. I ask that you remove the demons from him. Turn him to you JESUS. Turn him to truth. Cleanse his soul from his painful past and bring him into YOUR LIGHT.

If that is not your will, LORD, please provide a path for Maria and the girls to escape safely.

Maria is yours LORD, and I know you love her even more than I do. We pray for every communication we are allowed with Maria to encourage her to seek Truth and Light. Help her know how much we love her and her beautiful daughters. They will always be welcome. Show Maria that we will help in every way possible to bring them to safety. Please prepare her heart for escape.

Maria has moved Wisconsin and only allows us to communicate with her on her terms. She has asked for a phone call with me this Friday morning at 5am. (3/27) LORD, please give me the words to warm her heart with the Light of Life – with your love LORD.

Please pray for my Dad, Ken. He is dealing with many health issues, including cancer. Pray for wisdom for the doctors and for strength and stamina to get through the treatments - but most of all that he would accept Jesus as his savior. Pray that my dad would recognize that the "someone" is Jesus who loves him and cares for him, and that he would finally accept God's free gift of salvation.

Our youngest god daughter and another friends daughter have a virus that has attacked their brains (Pans/Pandas). It causes cognitive decline and they act out physically against their family members and many other things. Without going into a lot of detail, it's been the absolute worst imaginable thing for these moms and families along with these young girls to go through. Please pray for complete and perfect healing. Wisdom and discernment for the doctors and their treatment. Any co conditions would be determined and healed. That the girls would be able to have a normal life, be able to function well and catch up on school work. That the families would have God's peace and the moms would have His strength for each day as they navigate this horrible condition.

Yesterday my dad went in for his second open heart surgery to get a full valve replacement. There were some unexpected complications and more bleeding than considered "routine". It took extreme measures but he is alive and stable, but in very critical condition. His heart couldn't take finishing the surgery, so currently he is in Salt Lake City ICU with his chest still open. They are thinking he'll need to stay sedated for the next week or so to stabilize his lungs before they can place a pacemaker and close his chest. We're praying for a miracle and hope you would too.

BACKGROUND: My grandson, Nicholas Twichel, was born April 17th 2025 with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. So far he's had 2 of his 3 necessary open heart surgeries to convert his heart to single ventricle functionality. He'll have the 3rd one in about 18-36 months. He will almost certainly require a heart transplant at some point.

PRAYER FOCUS: (1) Gratitude for God's provision thus far of excellent medical care. (2) That Nick will avoid catastrophic illness/infection as he develops and strengthens so that he makes it to the next surgery in good condition. (3) For Nick's parents, Marcus and Margaret, that the Lord will bless their marriage as they raise 3 young boys, one of whom is medically complex.
