I would be grateful if you would pray for Sam and his daughter. He is a single father who struggles with severe insomnia, mental illness, drug and gambling addiction and lives in extreme poverty. All while trying to raise a daughter. He has no support from family and is struggling in so many ways. Consequently, his daughter is also facing MANY challenges.

I would appreciate prayers for the Cash family. Stephanie is pregnant. The baby's name is Margot. Early in the pregnancy, they were told that Margot would be disabled due to enlarged ventricles and no midline in the brain. Over time, and after much prayer, the ventricles have shrunk (praise God), but her midline is still undetectable. I am asking for prayers that the ventricles shrink to normal and that the midline is detected by an MRI at birth (due date 4/30/26). The ventricles measured 16.5 and 16.7 (severe) and have already shrunk to 11.2 and 11.7 (mild), which the doctor said would never happen, barring a MIRACLE!

I am asking for prayer for my sister in law. She has been having health issues ongoing for the last 6 months. This has resulted in multiple ER visits, as well as multiple different Dr. referrals. With each visit there hasn’t seemed to be a very clear picture of exactly what is going on. She continues to loose weight and become more and more unwell. She has been admitted to the hospital now for another round of texts and scans.
Please pray for wisdom and discernment for the Doctors and a clear prognosis and treatment plan. Also pray for the anxiety of not knowing what’s wrong and the fear of all the possibilities.
Please pray for her husband ( my brother) and their 2 very young kids.

Please pray for my bother-in-law, he is facing open heart surgery and is very hesitant to go through surgery and is putting it off. He also isn't telling his family about it, including his son. This whole situation is putting a lot of stress on his wife.

The nurses said the fluid has gone down overnight a bit, they were able to lower his blood pressure machine, and the lactic acid has completely resolved itself! They're hoping to get him on a feeding tube today. Those 3 things were what we very specifically prayed for last night and they have all gotten a little better! Keep praying for miracles, God is moving!”

Our youngest god daughter and another friends daughter have a virus that has attacked their brains (Pans/Pandas). It causes cognitive decline and they act out physically against their family members and many other things. Without going into a lot of detail, it's been the absolute worst imaginable thing for these moms and families along with these young girls to go through. Please pray for complete and perfect healing. Wisdom and discernment for the doctors and their treatment. Any co conditions would be determined and healed. That the girls would be able to have a normal life, be able to function well and catch up on school work. That the families would have God's peace and the moms would have His strength for each day as they navigate this horrible condition.

Yesterday my dad went in for his second open heart surgery to get a full valve replacement. There were some unexpected complications and more bleeding than considered "routine". It took extreme measures but he is alive and stable, but in very critical condition. His heart couldn't take finishing the surgery, so currently he is in Salt Lake City ICU with his chest still open. They are thinking he'll need to stay sedated for the next week or so to stabilize his lungs before they can place a pacemaker and close his chest. We're praying for a miracle and hope you would too.

The family, especially his mother, little sister and grandmother are still grieving tremendously and are going through a lot of dysfunction. We have a close friend Richard Gondwe who is just graduating with his Bachelor’s degree in Theology in Kitwe Zambia. Richard has already started The Living Waters Church in Kalumbila Zambia after the local chief gave him 20 hectares of land where they built a structure using timbers cut from local trees and a heavy rubberized tarp over the top for church services. Currently they are spreading God’s word and salvation from Jesus’s death on the cross to local people living in the area of which many will be baptized soon. They are in need of a generator, musical instruments, and other things to use in church services so please pray that they will be able to raise money selling produce they grow nearby. Richard hopes to someday build a real church building as well as a community health center to teach and provide medical services to the locals from the villages around the Kalumbila area. Thank you.

They have developed a great relationship with the Muslim community where are sharing God’s word as well as Jesus. They face many difficulties being Christians in Turkey. A* is originally from Turkey but J* has been waiting for quite some time to have his Turkish citizenship approved. The longer it takes the more it looks like this may not happen. I have been dating my boyfriend for several years. We are at the point where we are considering marriage. However, I was raised in the Protestant church and he was raised in the Catholic Church. We have slightly different beliefs, which could affect our relationship in the future. I have been torn whether the differences in our beliefs is enough to justify breaking up. BACKGROUND: My grandson, Nicholas Twichel, was born April 17th 2025 with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. So far he's had 2 of his 3 necessary open heart surgeries to convert his heart to single ventricle functionality. He'll have the 3rd one in about 18-36 months. He will almost certainly require a heart transplant at some point.
PRAYER FOCUS: (1) Gratitude for God's provision thus far of excellent medical care. (2) That Nick will avoid catastrophic illness/infection as he develops and strengthens so that he makes it to the next surgery in good condition. (3) For Nick's parents, Marcus and Margaret, that the Lord will bless their marriage as they raise 3 young boys, one of whom is medically complex.
